Managing Partner
Rania is the Managing Partner of IVERSA Law Firm, where she advises corporations, investors, financial institutions, and government entities on complex contentious and non-contentious matters. With more than 16 years of professional experience, she provides strategic legal advice with a strong focus on commercial objectives, risk management, and practical execution.
Prior to establishing and leading IVERSA, Rania spent seven years as Legal Advisor to a leading Singapore-based corporation, advising on complex cross-border legal matters involving Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. Her experience includes advising international and domestic clients on complex transactions and legal matters involving infrastructure development, corporate restructuring and winding-up, banking and finance, investment, regulatory compliance, and commercial arrangements.
Rania also advises public sector clients on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects and infrastructure initiatives. Her broader practice includes litigation and dispute resolution, arbitration, and white-collar and corruption-related matters.
In addition to her legal practice, Rania contributes to the development of the legal profession as a Lecturer for Special Education for the Advocate Profession in Indonesia.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Comparative Law from Malaysia. Rania also serves on the executive boards of several legal professional organizations, including:

Risa is a Partner at IVERSA Law Firm, advising local and international clients on corporate, investment, commercial, and cross-border matters.
Before joining IVERSA, Risa gained experience at a corporate law firm and a multinational company, advising on corporate and investment matters and developing practical experience in complex commercial environments.
His experience includes advising clients on corporate transactions, investment structures, commercial matters, and cross-border legal issues. He works closely with clients to identify legal risks, develop practical strategies, and support the effective implementation of legal solutions.
At IVERSA, Risa contributes to the firm's corporate, investment, and regulatory practice, supporting clients on a range of domestic and cross-border matters.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and is a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA).
