Rania is the Managing Partner of IVERSA Law Firm, where she leads a diverse practice encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters. With more than 16 years of professional experience, she is recognized for providing strategic, commercially driven legal solutions to corporations, investors, financial institutions, and government entities.
Her professional background includes a distinguished seven-year tenure as Legal Advisor to a leading Singapore-based corporation, where she managed complex cross-border legal operations across Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. Throughout her career, Rania has advised international and domestic clients on high-value transactions and sophisticated legal matters involving infrastructure development, corporate restructuring and winding-up, banking, investment, and regulatory compliance.
Rania is also actively involved in public sector advisory work, serving as a Legal Consultant to government institutions on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects and infrastructure initiatives. In addition, she contributes to the legal profession as a Lecturer for Special Education for the Advocate Profession, supporting the development of future advocates in Indonesia.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Comparative Laws from Malaysia. Rania also serves on the executive board of several respected legal organizations, including:

Before joining IVERSA, Risa gained valuable experience at a corporate law firm and a multinational company, where he developed a deep understanding of investment law. Throughout his career, Risa has represented clients in high-profile cases, built strong client relationships, and led numerous projects, consistently delivering favorable outcomes.
Risa is recognized for his strategic approach to legal challenges, focusing on providing innovative solutions while mitigating risks. He has also contributed to the development of the firm’s practice. Risa holds a degree in Law and is an active member of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) & Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA).
